Ericsson
Ericsson’s transmission network expertise extends across all types of mobile, muItiservice and dedicated networks: some 300 Customers in around 130 countries are already benefiting from Ericsson high-quality transmission and transport solutions.
The MINI-LINK product range includes everything from a centralized management system, through powerful aggregation nodes, to adaptable edge nodes and agile radios. It offers the widest range of capacities, frequencies, antennas, accessories and services available on the market.
The Ericsson Minilink E range of radio systems provide capacities from 2 to 34 Mbit/sec utilising robust BPSK and CQPSK modulation techniques to deliver native PDH E1, E2 and E3 interfaces and optional Ethernet interface.
The new Ericsson ATU range offers a competitively priced flexible throughput LAN based alternative to the Minilink E with optional additional E1 interfaces to support legacy PDH based voice trunks.
The Minilink TN or Transport Node product range is PDH based offering optional Ethernet interfaces from a chassis supporting up to 20 radio terminals. The equipment is designed for medium to large scale networks and facilitates internal circuit based switching and protection mechanisms. The TN range also utilises optional higher density modulation to achieve 68 Mbit/sec over a single RF carrier.
The Minilink HC or High Capacity range covers higher bit rate applications starting from 155 Mbit/sec over copper or fibre STM-1 interface or optional Gigabit Ethernet interface.
All Minilink products are available in the full range of ACMA license microwave bands to ensure a suitable high availability option for every path length requirement within your network. All systems are manageable via industry standard SNMP and facilitate easy integration with high level Network Management Systems such as HP Openview or similar.
The former Marconi range of microwave systems was recently integrated into the Ericsson microwave portfolio and brings significant strengthening it several areas. The former Marconi systems complement the Minilink range and providing important backup for a few configuration scenarios. Call the ATI radio Engineers to discuss the Ericsson range and find the right combination of equipment for your network.
